How are the expenses of sending calculated?
The shipping costs are calculated following the total weight of the order, and the final destination. The final price per bottle decreases if the quantity increases. It's why we suggest "to play" with the quantity to get the best price per article. Should I support other expenses that those taken again on my invoice?
No, the amount indicated at your invoice is the final price. No more taxes or costs will be added.
What do you make if there are articles broken or damaged during transport?
We always to give the best services. It's why, if an article arrives damaged, we'll replace it free with your next order and add also a surprise. Of course, if you prefer, we'll refund the amount of the article damaged. But, for that, you have to send us as soon as possible some pictures of the damaged order, or a document of the post services or Fedex attesting the delivery of the damaged parcel. Without that, it will be impossible for us to send again the articles damaged or to refund the amount of these articles.
Which means of transport do you use for send the parcels?
To send all the boxes, we use Federal Express or Kilopost services.
Will I receive a confirmation of order?
Yes. A few minutes after that you have placed the order, you'll receive the confirmation. Please check it to see if all the information placed are correct.
I would like to send a gift to a person. Can the address of delivery be different that the billing address?

This surcharge, based on the spot price per gallon of kerosene-type jet fuel, applies to FedEx Express transportation charges published in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, except to the transportation charges for the following services: FedEx International Express Freight (IXF) and FedEx International Airport-Airport (ATA). NEW: for FedEx Express IXF & ATA Fuel Surcharge Table . FedEx has adopted a new fuel surcharge calculation method for FedEx Express services based on the fuel prices published monthly by the U.S. Department of Energy. This has been in effect for FedEx Express in all countries in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa since September 2, 2002 for all FedEx Express services excluding IXF & ATA and will be in effect for IXF & ATA as of March 3, 2003. This method more closely links the fuel surcharge to prevailing market prices for jet fuel, and should help FedEx and its customers respond more quickly to changes in fuel prices in the marketplace.
