Malheur Bière Brut is an exclusive and rich beer with an alc. vol. of 11%. After bottling it is re-fermented a third time in the bottle. We have succeeded in collecting the yeast in the bottleneck, where it is frozen and removed with the "dégorgement".
A rare example of a refined and bubbling beer with a strong head and an elegant aftertaste.
