Stassen Degré Zéro is a range of two alcohol-free cocktails made from a dealcoholised cider base flavoured with peach juice or forest fruits juice. An exclusive dealcoholisation process under vacuum and at low temperature enables the alcohol to be extracted from the cider while preserving its flavour and fruitiness.
