Outstanding beer with nice amber-orange color and good fluffy -airy froth. Fine complex pepper aroma’s with vegetal accent. small hint of pastis (Ricard) and loads of freshness in the nose. The taste is original with a sour touch. It ends with a well balanced sour bitterness.
