Aroma is moderately yeasty (cobwebs, dough, soap), moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers, perfume, citrus - lemon), lightly malty (cookie), with notes of pineapple, grape, clove, and alcohol. Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, moderately acidic. Medium to full body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
